Banksman

The role of the banksman is critical when manoeuvring vehicles, especially in confined or populated places such as industrial loading yards, school entrances, shopping zones etc.

During this comprehensive one-day course the candidate will learn the skills needed to confidently guide the driver of any vehicle using industry-approved signals.

Fire Marshal

A one-day course to learn the responsibilities of a designated fire warden.


Topics covered:

  • Identifying fire risks

  • What to do if fire breaks out

  • Legislation & fire safety precautions

  • The fire drill and staff evacuation

  • The main types of fire extinguishers.

Manual Handling

1-day course for up to 10 candidates


Back injury and sick leave accounts for a third of all work related injuries.

It is a legal requirement to provide manual handling training where your staff are exposed to any risk due to lifting, lowering, pulling or pushing.

This practical training course will educate your staff to adopt correct posture and work safely.

Abrasive Wheels

1-day course for up to 6 candidates

Operator error and unsafe working habits are the leading cause of injury when working with abrasive wheels  


Strict safety guidelines must be followed at all times to ensure the safety of workers.

This course will identify the hazards and explain the risks so that all concerned know what measures to take to avoid injury to the operator and others.
